For the furniture collection Vitra cooperated with the designer Jasper Morrison. A series of chairs and tables with diverse usage emerged – for offices, public and private rooms.
With Hal, Jasper Morrison reinterpreted the multifunctional bowl-chair and created a versatile family with a clear and contemporaneous expression. The form of the Hal bowl offers a lot of elbow-room and the slightly yielding plastic allows many different sitting positions – also sideward’s or astride.
Like this, Hal supports a dynamic, ergonomic sitting. With the numerous under frames and bowl colours there also are many variation possibilities that are expandable in combination with the simultaneously developed table.
