Connox thrives on the fresh wind that young, motivated people bring to the company. Started in 2005 with just one employee, more and more new faces joined over the years. Today, the team consists of more than 100 employees: Permanent employees, trainees and temporary staff, including design experts, art historians, marketing and office specialists, IT specialists and warehouse staff. Together, we work to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
Day after day we deal with home accessories and furniture design, we deal with renowned designers and choose the best of their works for our assortment. We make sure that you can shop with us comfortably and safely, take care of your questions, pack thousands of packages and welcome your feedback.
Customer service
Our customer service colleagues will take care of you, your questions and your concerns. Between 8:00 and 19:00 on Mondays to Fridays, as well as on Saturdays between 9:00 and 13:00 they are available for you by phone at +49 (0)511 300341-0 or via e-mail at service@connox.de . assortment
Our design experts from the assortment management are in close contact with manufacturing companies and designers all over the world. They curate the diverse selection of extraordinary design objects and compile our individual assortment. In addition to the product selection, the assortment management fills our store pages with comprehensive product descriptions and detailed product images.
Purchasing
The purchasing department reorders our goods even before they are sold out. In this way, we have a large part of our range in stock at all times. This means that most items are in your hands within one or two days of your purchase. Purchasing is in close contact with our manufacturers in all aspects of merchandise procurement.
Marketing
The employees of the marketing department take care of our Connox Magazine , they maintain contact with the press, inform you via newsletter about design news and offers , place ads and create our Connox catalog . Also our cooperation partners and bloggers are in good hands with the marketing colleagues.
Logistics
Our logistics team picks and packs the goods you have ordered. It takes care that your goods arrive intact and as quickly as possible. For example, orders received by 3 p.m. and whose items are in stock will be delivered the very next day. Thanks to close cooperation with various shipping companies, we ship worldwide.
Accounting
Our colleagues in the accounting department ensure that the commercial process runs smoothly. The entire invoice processing falls within their area of responsibility. For example, they also ensure that your vouchers are taken into account in the invoicing process.
IT
The IT specialists of Connox GmbH have programmed our store software, it is the central system with which each of us works day by day. The colleagues from IT are constantly developing the store system, they adapt our store to the rapidly changing requirements of the market. Thanks to them, our customers' data is in good hands: The latest security standards can be implemented immediately.
