The Norwegian Daniel Rybakken studied design at the Academy of Architecture in Oslo and at the School of Arts and Crafts in Gothenburg, Sweden. After graduating in 2008, he founded his own design studio in Oslo as well as in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Rybakken’s award-winning designs can be classified between art and commodity. His focus is on the light and how to capture and change it in materials and forms.
