Italian designer duo from Paris
Quaglio Simonelli is the name of the design studio from Paris, which was founded by Andrea Quaglio and Manuela Simonelli. They met during their studies at the Università del Progetto in Reggio Emilia. After their debut and a two-year collaboration with Philippe Starck, they moved to Paris, where they have since developed design objects for various fields of application. Diversity plays a crucial role in their creation process. The result is products that look familiar in a certain way but nevertheless have a completely new component and radiate something poetic.
The designer duo has already won numerous international awards and some of their designs are part of the collection of the National Fund for Contemporary Art at the Centre Georges-Pompidou in Paris.
