Canadian Designer with Taiwanese Descent
Henry Huang, born and raised in Taiwan, completed his Bachelor's degree in industrial design in 1997 at the University of Art and Design (OCAD) in Ontario. He has been with Umbra since graduating and is responsible for many of their iconic products. Inspired by geometric shapes, most of his designs are characterised by clear lines and simple shapes. Today, Henry leads the design and engineering team in China and is responsible for the design and manufacturing processes at Umbra.
