Harry & Camila

The 1988 founded Harry & Camila-Studio is famous for its mysterious objects, which are considered examples for the vivid design of the 21st century. Their futuristic forms remind of high velocity and Harry & Camila really explain that their imagination has been inspired by aviation performances, airplane-supporting surfaces, aeronautics and space shuttles. The resulting design approach is concentrated on experimenting with topologies and materials.

Harry is a Netherlands industrial designer who graduated at the Design Academy Eindhoven. Camila has the Chilean nationality, but was born on Cuba and grew up in Mexico. Her fashion design graduation she made at the Instituto Maragoni in Milan. Since 2002 she has a design studio in Barcelona, both of them still work a lot in Italy. Her studio has a healthy mixture of Netherlands free soul thinking and the Latin America sensuality, displayed in their works.

Besides their designs for many namely manufacturers, both of them teach at the Domus academy in Milan and the Instituto Europeo di Design in Barcelona.
