Asshoff & Brogård is an independent, based in Stockholm design studio. The focus of Asshoff & Brogård’s work is the creation of functional products that tell a story, emphasizing poetry and drama of the daily life. The common interest of construction and magic of things even vitalizes the Asshoff & Brogård works.
Both heads behind Asshoff & Brogård are Johanna Asshoff and Hanna Brogård, who met during their bachelor studies for furniture- and product-design at the Malmstens in Stockholm. Both women have their roots in furniture production and have already realized awarded designs and expositions.
Johanna Asshoff (1976) and Hanna Brogård (1978) work for namely companies such as IKEA, Normann Copenhagen or Casamania in their studio Asshoff & Brogård.
