The Palissade chair from Hay was created by the design brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec and is a functional and aesthetic piece of furniture for outdoor use. The slatted seat allows rainwater to drain easily through the recess between the struts, so that the chair can remain outside even in bad weather.
The chair's graphic appearance is enhanced by the curved shapes and simple design.
