Dimmable table lamp by Sebastian Wrong
The Spun Light lamp by designer Sebastian Wrong was first presented in 2001 at the 100% Design trade fair in London and a year later at the Salone Satellite in Milan. The simple, elegant table lamp for diffuse light was originally designed for the London company Drove Ltd., but has been produced as a floor and table lamp by Flos since 2003. In 2004, Spun Light was awarded the Red Dot design prize.
The Spun Light table lamp is for diffuse light. The lamp body and diffuser are made of a turned metal plate, diffuser support arms and lampholder holder are made of die-cast aluminium alloy painted in different colours.
The diffuser brackets are made of white injection-molded polycarbonate (UL-94 V2). The upper diffuser shade is made of sandblasted pressed glass.
On the bipolar transparent cable there is a resistance dimmer to regulate the luminous flux from 0-100%.
