Audo Peek table lamp was designed by Swedish designer Jonas Wagell. The table lamp has many practical features, such as a dimmer and a shelf.
Originally, the floor lamp was intended to be an addition, to a sofa that Wagell designed a few years ago. "I find that floor lamps are often very large and quite dominant in interior design," the designer explains. "I needed a lamp that was small and modest and just 'popped' where you needed light. The lamp has a heavy base with a long, slender neck and a shade that elegantly peeks over the back of a sofa or chair."

The table lamp has the same shape and silhouette as the floor lamp, only with shrunken proportions. The lamp from can be used as a reading lamp, a desk lamp or a lamp on the bedside table. The base of the table lamp has a concave top that serves as a tray for desk items, earphones, jewelry or other small items, and the top of the neck is used as a dimmer.
Jonas Wagell says of his design, "Although the form came from a functional requirement, I think it is very important that the lamp has personality and its own expression. I want to design simple objects and products that are easy to understand in an intuitive way. The lamp basically consists of only three parts: Base, neck and shade. The shape is reduced to the most necessary and the expression becomes iconic." Peek
