Pleated Pendant Lamp
The Lamella pendant lamp by Le Klint was designed by the designer duo Hallgeir Homstvedt and Jonah Takagi. Together, they have created a modern, yet timeless pleated light fixture inspired by lamp varieties from the Le Klint archives.
"... On one of my first work days at Le Klint, I saw some old models with curved pleats in the archive. PLICA technology was a long-forgotten production form that was no longer feasible. I have always liked these curved pleats, and over the years I've been waiting for the opportunity to bring this technique back to life. Not only in the form of a new edition, but with new models with modern flair and interpreted from a fresh perspective. And now they are there ... " Kim Weckstrøm Jensen Ceo, Le Kint
Glare-Free Pendant Lamp
The name of the pendant lamp was inspired by the underside of mushroom caps, called lamellae. The lamps, available in two different shapes, are made of plastic.
Thanks to the closed shaped, the Lamella lamps emit an indirect and glare-free light. This creates a pleasant atmosphere both above the dining table and as a room light.
