The aim was to create with the Suspence luminaire to transfer a motion sequence into a tangible form. The result is a modern luminaire for Fritz Hansen , which is characterized by the movement of pulling - an elementary movement under the influence of physical forces. This pulling force is clearly shown by the small bulge at the top of the lampshade, which gives the impression that the aluminum shade has given itself this shape by a slight tension.
