Pendant lamp with adjustable shade
The Multi-Lite pendant lamp is a design by the Danish designer Louis Weisdorf from 197 2. The design is characterized by the unusual, playful lampshade and reflects Weisdorf's passion for diversity. The base of the lamp consists of three basic shapes - two immobile cylinders and a hemisphere - which are surrounded by a narrow ring. The special feature: The hemisphere is divided in two, so that the two halves are freely movable and invite you to play with shapes and light.
Unusual design
By rotating the halves of the shade, not only can the appearance of the luminaire be changed, but the light output can also be regulated individually. If both halves are turned downwards, the light shines on the ceiling and creates a cosy atmosphere. If the shade halves are positioned upwards, the light is classically directed downwards and illuminates the dining table, for example. If you move the halves in opposite directions, the light is indirectly diffused and the shade looks like a sculptural work of art.
Individual light incidence
The incidence of light can therefore be optimally adapted to personal requirements, so that it can be used for various purposes without any problems. In addition, the pendant luminaire Multi-Lite pendant luminaire also boasts a stylish design that enhances any ambience and is guaranteed to be an eye-catcher.
