Floor lamp with conical shade for diffuse light
The Oslo Wood Floor lamp from Northern is the successful attempt by designer Ove Rogne to take the viewer into the forests of Norway through a sophisticated play of light and design.
Three slender legs carry the conical lampshade, which literally turns the proportions of the archetype of a lamp upside down. It can be turned in all desired directions.
The designer floor lamp emits its light directly into the room via the wide opening of the shade, with the cover made of translucent fabric shimmering atmospherically. This creates a special lighting that is reminiscent of the characteristic lighting atmosphere in the evening hours in the forests around Oslo.
Steel and textile in various colour combinations
The three-legged stand of the Oslo Wood Luminaire is made of steel, while the shade is made of pleated textile. Both components are available in different colours.
