The Buddy desk lamp from Northern is a design by Mads Sætter-Lassen, who won first prize with his lamp in a student design competition in 2015.

Buddy is a real multifunctional talent: While the light head can be swivelled in all directions so that the light beam can be directed to where it is needed, there is a cup at the base of the lamp in which pens and other office utensils can be stored practically and within reach. Thus, the workplace always remains organized, tidy and clear.
