Swirling Ceiling Lamp
The design for the Swirl ceiling and wall light by Le Klint was created by the Danish designer Øivind Alexander Slaatto. It is characterized by its swirling lamp shade made of plastic film, hence its name. The ceiling light can also be used as a wall light and is a perfect light source for the hallway or in the bedroom.
Swirl Collection
The lampshades from the Swirl collection are particularly decorative, and provide a pleasant glare-free and diffused light. The closed bottom allows the light to be set up in rooms with high ceilings.
The Swirl ceiling light made of plastic film is also available as a pendant lamp in a variety of shapes. Combined, the lights form an aesthetic overall picture. The Swirl wall lamp has a diameter of 37 cm, 15 cm in height and is supplied with two 9W energy saving bulbs.
Danish Craftsmanship
To this day the lampshades from the Swirl collection are still pleated by hand in Denmark. The manufacturing process combines traditional craft with a modern, geometric design.
