The TAC teapot by Walter Gropius is part of the tableware series of the same name. The design of the teapot is based on geometric shapes: circles and balls. Slightly angular details are eye-catching and complete the design.
In addition to the classic tableware in white, the TAC tableware is available with decors in various colors.
In addition to the classic white version, the teapot is also available with the Stripes 2. 0 decor for the Bauhaus anniversary. The stripe pattern is a tribute to Walter Gropius and his work at the Bauhaus. Fine, filigree lines on white porcelain characterize the decor and create a new, modern, urban look that is eye-catching on every set breakfast or coffee table.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus, the TAC series from Walter Gropius gets a new coat of paint with rhythm. The decor comes from the pen of the British designer Bethan Laura Wood, who is known for her experimental designs and expressive colors. Rhythm is reminiscent of overlapping warp and weft threads in the manufacture of textiles. This gives the strict shape of the TAC tableware a playful, colorful touch. Wood was inspired for her pattern by the expressive weaving by Anni Albers, who studied at the Bauhaus from 1922.
Made of porcelain, the jug can be used in the microwave without any problems and can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher after use. With a capacity of 600 ml, 2-3 cups of fresh tea can be enjoyed in the morning or afternoon in style.
