Rice in the Microwave The rice pot with lid comes with a spoon, a colander and a measuring cup. To use, simply put the desired amount of rice into the sieve using the paddle and wash it before placing the sieve into the pot. Pour the correct amount of water into the pot and then secure the lid on top. This is where the paddle comes back into use, swerving both as a lock and as a handle for the pot.

Rice comes ready-to-serve out of the microwave and can then be served with a spoon.
