Cast
The roasting pot by Eva Trio is made of cast iron and is perfect to slow cook casseroles at medium to low heat.
The roasting dish is also ideal to roast and grill food and can be used in the oven, since cast iron can withstand very high temperatures. The special quality of the cast iron roasting pot by Eva Trio is its lightness: it is 10% lighter than ordinary cast iron pots. Moreover, the cast iron roasting pot withholds heat for longer periods of time and is suitable for all kinds of cooktops, including induction.
