The Edo non-stick pan by Alessi is part of a timeless and elegant range of pots and pans designed by Patricia Urquiola. The designer was inspired for the series by the clear and graceful Japanese language of form. The name of the series derives from the Latin word edere , which means to eat , and is also the old name of the Japanese capital Tokyo.
In the non-stick frying pan you can prepare steaks, sauces and fried eggs for every meal. This makes the pan a constant and useful companion in the kitchen.
The pan is available in various sizes and is made of 18/10 stainless steel. The long handle is also made of 18/10 stainless steel and has a brown PVD coating. The magnetic base is made of steel and is suitable for all common types of cookers as well as induction. The graceful design, which is typical for the pots and pans of the Edo series, means that the pan does not have to disappear into a kitchen cupboard after cooking and roasting.
