Initially Twist is a spatula and ladle: It is ideally adapted to prepare sauces or to work in flat pans since it has a flat shape. The silicone coated, heat resistant steel cable of the Twist whisk is perfectly suitable to be used as spatula and to mix, avoiding sticking food.
The Hoseph Joseph Twist becomes an effective “normal” whisk – as we know it - with a simple turning of the handle. This is how cream or ice-snow can easily be beaten or a yoghurt be mixed.
All parts of the Twist Whisk can easily be disassembled and cleaned. Of course the small tool is also dishwasher safe. After the usage, the Joseph Joseph Twist Whisk will flatly disappear in the drawer.
