Attachment for steam cooking
With the Bloom Steam fermentation of Joseph Joseph food can be prepared gently. The insert is simply placed over a pot so that the steam can rise to cook the ingredients. Thanks to the folding function the Bloom Steaming insert suitable for a wide range of pot sizes, whereby the minimum diameter of the pot should be 18 cm. A handle in the middle of the insert allows easy removal.
Self aligning sides for different pot sizes
The Bloom Steamer insert has self-aligning sides and heat-resistant silicone feet and silicone side fins for fixing. After use, the insert can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher and then folded up to save space when stored.
It is ideal for use with non-stick and stainless steel cookware. During use, care should be taken to ensure that the pot has vertical side walls to prevent the insert from falling in. The depth of the pot should be at least 10.5 cm. In addition, for safety reasons there should always be enough water in the pot when cooking.
