Elegant 700 watt floor mixer with many functions

The Plissé Standmixer from Alessi not only looks pretty, but also convinces with a number of functions that make the preparation of a delicious smoothies child's play. The design object was created by Michele De Lucchi.

The square container is particularly light and has a large handle that fits comfortably in the hand. Markings in litres, cups and ounces ensure that the ingredients are measured accurately and the container has a special spout to ensure that they can be poured without dripping.

A hermetically sealed silicone lid prevents liquids from splashing out, but thanks to an opening and a small measuring cup, ingredients can still be added during the mixing process.

700 watts and five speed settings turn fruit and vegetables into a velvety smoothie or a smooth sauce in no time at all. The blender also has a Pulse button that increases the speed of the blades to the maximum.

Two sensors on the mixer ensure safe handling. They block the mixing process if the container is not placed correctly, so that the unit always runs only when all safety criteria are met. The floor is also non-slip.

Conveniently, the blades can be separated from the container so that the latter can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Plastic and stainless steel in plissé look and in various colours

The lower case is made of plastic and is - characteristic for the Plissé collection - decorated with vertical notches, which gives an elegant look and an eye-catcher on every kitchen unit. This look is supported by the integrated cable, which can be hidden under the bottom of the unit.

The container of the blender jug is made of high-quality thermoplastic material, which is extremely light, shiny and transparent. At the same time, the material convinces with its high (thermal) resilience, BPA-free and recyclability.
