Alessi - Plissé hand blender

The Plissé hand blender from Alessi is available in two versions: as a hand blender with a high mixing bowl (700ml) or as a set consisting of a hand blender, the high mixing bowl, an whisk attachment and a multi chopper with small bowl (350ml).

500 watts and two speed settings ensure smooth sauces, fine nuts or fluffy cream. Regardless of which dish is on the menu, the universal hand blender from Alessi is the perfect kitchen aid and makes baking and cooking fun.

Practically all containers have non-slip bottoms and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The housings of both versions are - characteristic for the Plissé collection - decorated with vertical notches, which provides an elegant look and an eye-catcher on every kitchen unit. The design objects were created by Michele De Lucchi.

High-quality plastic in various colours

The individual components of this product are made of thermoplastic, BPA-free and recyclable plastic. In addition, the material is extremely light, transparent and is characterised by a special (thermal) resilience. The blades and whisk are made of stainless steel.
