Tableware collection in a mix of materials
The Junto tableware collection by Rosenthal can be blended into fine porcelain, ceramics and warm wood. The mix of materials enables a variety of possible combinations and makes the series in subdued colors and organic shapes suitable for every occasion.
Regardless of whether the tableware series is used for daily breakfast or for Sunday lunch, the plates and cups of the series fit perfectly into the living situation. The porcelain is adorned with a diamond relief that tapers towards the center, while the stoneware impresses with a special reactive glaze in earthy colors.
Unlike conventional glazes, the reactive glaze runs off the edges during firing. At the edges the glaze appears so monochrome and silky matt, while it runs differently depending on the shape of the dishes. No two objects are alike and the individual touch of the Junto collection is emphasized.
Trays made of oak wood in different sizes, which stand on feet, complement the collection.
