Stainless steel cake knife
The Bernadotte cake knife from Georg Jensen is a stylish way to portion pastries at the coffee table. The broad, organically shaped blade can be understood as a homage to the early works of Georg Jensen himself, who was known for his elegantly curved designs.
The first Bernadotte products came onto the market in 1938 and came from the Swedish prince Sigvard Bernadotte, who was inspired by the Art Deco style of his time. Like all products of the Bernadotte series, the cake knife is also made of stainless steel and has the characteristic grooves.
