The Lucano 2 Step stool from Metaphys was created in the search for a contemporary design for a well-known object. With its new design, Lucano harmonizes perfectly with contemporary furnishings and blends unobtrusively into modern designs.
This is possible because the stool itself is very understated and limited to the essentials. Metaphys sees the stool as a kind of tool. Accordingly, it should be inconspicuous. The shapes of Lucano 2 Step are dominated by triangular lines. The dimensions of these are also kept to a minimum, so that the stool looks particularly slim and accurate while only sending out a minimum of visual information.
This means that Lucano 2 Step can be used in the sterile surroundings of a bathroom as well as in the lively ensemble of a library or a children's room. It never looks out of place or distracting.
If required, the Lucano 2 Step stool can also be used as a dressing aid or for placing small objects. The stool is also easy to store thanks to its small dimensions.
