Porcelain Flowerpot
The Lyngby flowerpot is made of porcelain and manufactured by the Danish brand Lyngby Porcelæn. The design is characterised by its unique aesthetic, owed to its corrugated structure.
Inspiration from Two Design Classics
The Lyngby flowerpot is the result of two design classics: it combines the elegance of the Lyngby vase with the charming curves of the bonbonnière. Together with other designs, both these products marked the beginning of a new era in design inspired by the Bauhaus movement.
Size & Usage
Various heights and diameters for the vase allow an elegant ensemble of several vases or different floral arrangements. But even without flowers, the flowerpot as a stand-alone sculpture is a real eye-catcher. Alternatively the flowerpot can be used as a bowl for fruit or snacks, as the material is dishwasher-proof.
