In 1955, the designer Arne Jacobsen created the Series 7 - a chair, which has since become one of the best-selling chairs in the world. Back then as well as today, the chair inspired its audience with a discreet appearance and functional diversity.

Today, the Series 7 Chair is produced according to Arne Jacobsen’s original designs by the manufacturer Fritz Hansen. Thanks to its seat shell made of laminated veneer, the Series 7 Chair is particularly light yet very stable.
