Animal of Kay Bojesen
The creative wooden figures by Kay Bojesen have evolved into collectibles over generations. One of the early pieces is the terrier Tim from 1935 with swivelling head. It is suitable both for children and for adults as a gift. Available in dark or light oak.
Tim, the lively terrier
The simple and reduced out lines are the reasons why it is clearly visible that the artist didn’t want to represent the animals true to the originals. Nevertheless, Kay Bojesen managed a certain vitality in light natural oak or darker smoked oak. The massive, high-quality wood ensures longevity, which is one of the features the Danish manufacturer is known for. The animals are established as a gift idea for where poeple live and play: Baptism, confirmation, graduation, wedding, birthday, anniversary.
Wood brought to life
Tim does not bark but, he seems still alive and bright, like the remaining wooden animals of the Danish design series. His head can be rotated, and the short tail is boldly decorated in height. A faithful companion in the living area as well as in the children’s room of several generations.
