Side table with watercolour design
The Francis side table is a new edition of the original mirror designed by Constance Guisset in 2012. The mirror, which now functions as a tabletop, turns the idea of reflection on its head and brings a breathtakingly poetic perspective into the living world. The idea for the Francis mirror was born from colour pigments emerging from a brush immersed in water.
Each piece of the extraordinary mirror table series has its own unique watercolor. The watercolor designs were created by Constance Guisset and then digitally modified to achieve the desired effect of multiple, semi-transparent, tinted layers. The patterns are printed on the base of the mirror, which is then laminated, giving the finished table an optical depth and making it much more resistant. A pressed sheet steel stand provides both stability and balance.
The Francis side table is available in various shapes and colours. Both alone and especially in combination with the Francis coffee table, the watercolour designs come into their own in every living area.
