Attila, Napoleon and Saint-Esprit are the three ‘gnomes’ that can be used as side tables as well as stools. The three likeable figures by designer Philippe Starck are a pastiche of garden gnomes that adorn numerous gardens and front gardens in Europe and the UK.
The humorous and pleasant design didn’t forget to include some practicality for the three gnomes: Attila holds a plate in the air, Saint-Esprit is a tree trunk sawn off flat and Napoleon’s bonnet is flat and round so each figure can be used as small side table or stool.
Kartell manufactures the Gnomes out of lacquered, thermoplastic technopolymer. Attila, Napoleon and Saint-Esprit are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, just like the objects they were inspired by - the gnomes. In addition to the colourful variations, both Attila and Napoleon are available in black and golden finishes.
