The Knitting Chair by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Audo , which was already launched in 1951 in a limited edition, is relaunched by Audo with the idea "Modernism Reimagined" and returns to the world of modern Danish design.
The chair is the first attempt by the Danish manufacturer to reissue old classics of Danish design. Named after the elbow cutouts that allow for maximum comfort while knitting (or reading), the chair is the work of a master designer. The chair, which in shape resembles a folding chair, looks good in any room and fits in anywhere thanks to its timeless appearance.
The chair with a particularly low and therefore very comfortable seat height of 30 cm consists of a frame of dark stained and waxed wood. The seat and backrest are made of leather or sheep's wool for extra comfort. The chair's sense of proportion and incomparable quality make it a perfect choice for contemporary interiors and design lovers.
