Designed by Jøergen Bækmark in 1966, J104 is part of Hay's classic reissues. The elegant chair brings together the past and the present.

The typical Windsor chairs from the 1 8. century were the model for the J104 Chair : The filigree bars of the backrest and the traditional manufacturing from wood are a characteristic of the Windsor chairs, which Jøergen Bækmark gave a timeless design. Originally made by FDB, J104's unique structure makes it look delicate and sturdy at the same time. Its reduced design ensures that the chair still appears modern today.

With its seat height of 44.5 cm, the J104 is ideal for use at the dining table. Thanks to the wide seat and curved backrest, the J104 Chair by Hay unusually comfortable for a dining chair made only of beech wood.

J series chairs are suitable for private use only. Use in public spaces is not recommended.
