Plastic chair with wooden base frame
AAC - About A Chair by Hay is a chair series with striking simplicity in design. Designer Hee Welling has reached a new level in the combination of form, function, comfort, detail and aesthetics with this multi-faceted collection. As a variant, the popular Hay chair is available in a colorful design in which the base frame and seat shell complement each other in color.
Multifunctional shell chair
The chairs from About A Chair are deliberately kept simple and plain and can therefore be easily and simply combined with other furniture. Due to their simplicity, they fit perfectly into a wide variety of environments and architectural styles, which is why the chairs are also predestined for the contract sector.
According to designer Hee Welling, the About A Chair chairs should feel just as at home in a restaurant or canteen as they do in the office, at the dining table at home or at the conference table. In this context, the idea of simplicity became a guarantee for multifunctionality and combinability.
The About A Chair AAC 212 has armrests and a wooden four-legged frame. The non-upholstered seat shell is made of dyed-through polypropylene and the base frame is available in different versions, so that the chair can be presented in a single-colored, monochrome look or with a wooden base frame.
Chair to configure
