In 1973, the three Italian designers Jonathan De Pas, Donato D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi created the foldable clothes rack Sciangai which today is an absolute classic and convinces with its simplicity and natural expression.
Associations with Sciangai can be found in many places: In addition to the Indian tent, viewers immediately think of the Mikado game, in which the individual wooden needles are placed on the playing surface and then allowed to collapse. In contrast to this Sciangai but is characterized by great stability, so that jackets and coats can be hung up in a manner appropriate to their species and at the same time stylish.
The designer trio De Pas, D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi designed the wardrobe at the beginning of their joint career, which made them outstanding representatives of their guild. Products like Sciangai impressively demonstrate the exclusivity of Italian design that unites practically all the products in the Zanotta collection.
