Design classic: cantilever chair by Verner Panton
The Panton Chair is a design classic chair by Verner Panton from the 60s. The plastic cantilever chair was updated in 2021, so it is now available in new colors as well as an adjusted seat height of 44 cm, making it even more comfortable. Also new are the already integrated glides that prevent scratching of the floor surface

The production of the Panton Chair
The Panton Chair is manufactured using the modern injection molding process. In this process, the basic material, a granulate at 230°C, is injected into a mold. Weighing 10 tons, the machine presses the chair into shape, giving it its iconic design. After cooling, the front part of the mold is removed and the Panton Chair chair is almost finished. Now the edges are finished and other finishing touches are made - and there's one more design piece in the world.
