Windsor style armchair

The J42 Armchair by Hay is a reproduction of the classic armchair designed by Børge Mogensen. Designed back in 1933, the chair is characterized by its horizontal and vertical wooden struts that provide the curved backrest and straight armrests. A wide seat thereby invites you to sit and linger, which makes the chair good both at the desk and at the dining table. The armchair also looks good as an eye-catcher in the living room or bedroom.

Comfortable seat and wooden rods

Based on the traditional Windsor chairs, the chair convinces with widely spaced wooden rods, which, like the armrests and chair legs, are made of solid oak or beech wood in natural or various lacquered finishes. The seat is made of plywood. Whether used in various private or public areas, the chair will be an eye-catcher in any case.

J-series chairs are suitable for private use only. Use in public spaces is not recommended.
