The chairs from About a Chair chairs are deliberately kept simple and plain and can therefore be easily and simply combined with other furniture. According to designer Hee Welling, the About a Chair -chairs should feel just as at home in a restaurant or canteen as they do in the office, at the dining table at home or at the conference table. In this context, the idea of simplicity became a guarantee for multifunctionality and combinability.
The seat shell without armrests of the About A Chair AAC 10 is made of dyed-through polypropylene and is not upholstered (seat cushion optionally available). The swivel frame is made of powder-coated or polished aluminum.
