Simple, Functional Chair
The C-Chair dining chair by Gubi is one of the most famous designs by the Designer Marcel Gascoin. The French designer designed the chair in 1947 out of necessity, since the apartments and houses built after World War II were much smaller than usual. Due to the lack of space, Gascoin designed a simple and functional chair that has not lost any of its timeless aesthetics to this day.
Solid Frame, Lightweight Seat
Cleverly designed with much attention to detail, the C-chair designed by Marcel Gascoin for Gubi has an elegant shape and rugged construction, which is rooted in a strong, simple and minimalist design language. The voluminous, strong legs are complemented by an inviting seat in lighter materials such as cane, straw or fabric. Modern lines, sobriety and high-quality woodwork show the quality of the C-Chair.
Available in various versions, the chair can be perfectly combined to every taste and environement, making it the best seat at the table in the dining room and kitchen.
