Storage container with conical lid
The Trullo storage containers from Kartell are strong character and playful storage options for the living area. Fabio Novembre drew inspiration for the containers from the round houses called "Trulli" in the Italian village of Alberobello in the Puglia region. The houses with the conical roof are typical for rural areas in Italy.
"Alberobello is very close to the city where I was born. Here the houses are conical and resemble the hat of a magician. And in fact these houses are built as if by magic from stones lying on top of each other and without any binding agent." said Fabio Novembre.
Made of coloured transparent plastic
The storage containers are made of transparent plastic in various colours. The coloured transparency and the playful form make for an eye-catcher in the living area. Both alone and together, the Trullos are decorative containers for sweets, small memories, office utensils or jewellery.
