The Vesi Unikko bathrobe from Marimekko is made from a cotton-linen blend with a pattern. Vesi Unikko -pattern and has long, flowing sleeves with wide cuffs at the ends. The kimono-style bathrobe has side seam pockets and a detachable belt.
Poppy pattern by Maija Isola
The unikko (poppy) pattern, which stands for creativity, was created at a time when floral patterns were rare in the Marimekko collections. Despite the trend, Maija Isola was fascinated by the floral theme and decided to develop a complete series with innovative floral prints.
