Made from cotton, the bag is printed with leftover dye from the Marimekko print shop in Helsinki.

Iconic poppy pattern
The famous poppy pattern Unikko was created in 1964 at a time when the collections of the design house Marimekko mainly featured abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to make something interesting out of this organic theme and designed a series of distinctive floral prints that are synonymous with creativity today.
